De Petteflet

Welcome to daycare De Petteflet, a warm and cozy childcare center located at Lethmaetstraat 47 in the Korte Akkeren neighborhood, close to downtown Gouda. We are housed in a charming former school building in the Amsterdam School style, featuring beautiful authentic tiled paneling that breathes the atmosphere of yesteryear. Naturally, our building fully meets today's requirements. At De Petteflet, we provide daycare for children aged 0 to 4 years in five groups: two combination groups for the youngest (0-2 years: Tolteltuin and Torenkamer), one vertical group (0-4 years: Stampertjes), and two toddler groups (2-4 years: Duizeltjes and Hasselbosje). The groups are spacious and divided into different activity areas where children can explore and experience with all their senses. Our activities go beyond cutting and pasting; we offer a rich and varied program that connects with young children's world of experience. Our outdoor space is a real asset: a large, naturally designed playground behind the building where children can safely play and discover in a challenging yet protected environment. For the youngest ones, there's even a specially designed section of the garden. We believe it's important for children to go outside every day to enjoy fresh air and discover nature. De Petteflet is open seven days a week from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, allowing parents to use our childcare flexibly. Our central location relative to the highways to the A12 and A20 makes us an ideal choice for parents working outside Gouda. We look forward to a personal introduction!
