Ska Kindcentrum De Meander

Welcome to Ska Kindcentrum De Meander, located at Het Avontuur 45 in the vibrant Kattenbroek district of Amersfoort. As part of Ska Kinderopvang and the Meerkring foundation, we have been providing a safe and trusted environment for children aged 2 to 4 for over 30 years. In our toddler group ‘De Meander’ we follow the ‘Eigen Wijze Kids’ approach. We believe every child is unique and develops at their own pace. Our professional staff create a rich learning environment where children are encouraged to explore, investigate and experience the world around them. We stimulate independence and take each child’s perspective as our starting point. Through play, children learn to cooperate, take turns, show consideration for others and share – skills that are essential for their further development and the transition to primary school. Our location features its own outdoor playground where children can move freely and discover nature every day. We regularly organise short excursions in the immediate surroundings and work with themed activities that expand the children’s world. Parents can choose childcare for one or several days a week; half-day care is also possible, offering flexible childcare that suits your family’s needs. At Ska Kindcentrum De Meander the child is always at the centre. We work closely with parents, because you know your child best. Together we ensure every child has the space to become who they want to be.
