BSO de Maten

Welcome to BSO de Maten, located on the grounds of Christelijke Dalton Basisschool De Maten at Broekmaten 6 in Den Ham. We provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 12 in a familiar and safe environment, right next to their school. Our location is small-scale, with room for up to 14 children, ensuring personal attention and a homely atmosphere. After-school time is free time! Children can come to us after school to relax, play and share the stories of their day. We use the spacious playground of De Maten primary school, where children can let off steam to their heart's content. Inside we offer a cozy space with opportunities for crafts, games, reading or just unwinding after a busy school day. During school holidays we organize a varied holiday program with themes and excursions. We are open to the children's own ideas and wishes and always provide room for free play. Our pedagogical staff pick up the children from school and ensure a safe transition from school to after-school care. BSO de Maten is part of Humankind and works closely with De Maten primary school. We are open on Thursday afternoons from 12:00 to 18:30. For parents looking for care on other days, we are happy to refer to our other locations in the region.
