Peuterspeelzaal De Leeuwerik is located at Buys Ballotsingel 45a in Krimpen aan den IJssel and is part of Stichting Reformatorische Kinderopvang. We provide toddler care for children aged 2.5 to 4 years in a safe, homely environment where our pedagogical staff work with great enthusiasm on your child's development. Our approach focuses on teaching toddlers skills appropriate to their age phase. We work with a VVE program (Pre- and Early School Education) in which we pay playful attention to language development. Children can play indoors and outdoors, do crafts, talk, listen and experiment with us. This always happens under expert guidance and with responsible play and development materials. We use horizontal groups, where children of the same age sit together in a group. Toddlers come to De Leeuwerik for at least 2 half-days per week. For children with a (threatening) developmental delay, we offer extra support through our VVE program.
