De Kroostakker

Welcome to Daycare Kroostakker, a cozy and small-scale daycare center located at Akkerweg 40b in Driebergen-Rijsenburg. We are part of SKDD Childcare and provide care for children aged 0 to 4 years in a warm and loving environment with plenty of space to play, grow and develop. Our location is housed in primary school De Kring and consists of four groups: two baby groups (0-2 years), one toddler group (2-4 years) and one mixed-age group (0-4 years). In the summer of 2023, the location was completely renovated, offering a fresh and modern environment with new toys and a beautifully redesigned discovery garden. All groups have direct access to the garden, allowing children to safely and easily play outside every day. At Kroostakker, the development of each child is central. We work with fixed core groups where children are cared for by familiar childcare professionals. This provides familiarity and structure. We offer daily music and sports activities tailored to the age and developmental stage of the child. We also regularly use the forested surroundings of our location for natural discovery moments. We value good communication with parents. Through the SKDD parent portal, parents can easily exchange information and report their child sick when necessary. Our entrance is secured with a door code provided to parents during the intake interview. Free parking is available in front of the building. We are open 52 weeks per year from Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, excluding official holidays.
