De Komeet

De Komeet is located at Hemelboog Binnen 26 in Heerhugowaard and is part of Blosse, an organisation that seamlessly integrates childcare and education for children from 0 to 13 years. For our youngest guests we offer daycare for children aged 0 to 4 years in three cosy groups: Sterrenkind, Zonnekind and Maankind. Each group has its own atmosphere and is tailored to the developmental needs of babies and toddlers. We welcome children from as young as 10 weeks, for either a full or half day; the minimum attendance is two half-days or one full day. Our centre works closely with primary school De Reflector, creating a continuous developmental and learning line from 0 to 13 years. The pedagogical staff at De Komeet are known for their warm involvement and professionalism. We value collaboration with parents and operate in an accessible way; questions and ideas are always welcome. Recently a movement floor was installed that challenges the children to move and develop their gross motor skills in a playful way. The spacious garden offers plenty of opportunities to play and explore outside. Inside, everything is safely and cosily arranged with quiet sleeping areas, so every child can follow their own rhythm.
