Welcome to De Kleine Wereld BSO De Kleine Reus II, located at Nieuwe Looiersstraat 9 in the heart of Amsterdam. We are part of the Integrated Child Centre (IKC) De Kleine Reus and provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 7 years. With a maximum capacity of 80 children, we operate from two groups specifically designed to meet the developmental needs of this age group. Our location has been officially registered in the National Childcare Register since 1 June 2017 under number 138902239. We comply with all legal quality requirements and are supervised by the GGD Amsterdam. Through our collaboration within the IKC framework, our pedagogical staff also serve as classroom assistants at De Kleine Reus, allowing us to know the children thoroughly and provide a seamless developmental continuum. Our group spaces are homely furnished with calm colors and plants, featuring various play corners with a wide selection of play materials. Children can play freely here or quietly read a book. Additionally, we utilize the gymnasium, theater hall, and the wonderful outdoor space right outside our door. In our garden, children can play football, garden, build in the outdoor studio, climb and clamber in the wooden play castle, or play with a water track. We encourage children to enjoy being outdoors and discover new things. Each month we offer a varied activity program focused on talent development, including creativity, music, sports, and dance. We help children discover what they're good at and, most importantly, have fun with! Happy children and satisfied parents - that's what De Kleine Wereld is all about. Our professional and experienced team guarantees personal attention for both the child and parents. We provide before- and after-school care, during study days, and school holidays. We also organize lunch care for all children of De Kleine Reus.
