De Kleine Reus

De Kleine Reus daycare is located between the Bilgaard and Transvaalwijk districts in Leeuwarden, housed in the city-church De Wijngaard. We provide personal care for up to 48 children aged 0 to 4 years. The centre operates four vertical groups – The Strong, The Brave, The Tough and The Wise – where children of different ages play and learn together. This means your child stays in a familiar environment without the need to change groups repeatedly. Our qualified and dedicated pedagogical staff tailor guidance to each child’s unique development and needs. We focus on what a child can already do and build from there, rather than emphasising what still needs improvement. Our Christian identity – centred on love, trust and respect – underpins a safe and loving environment where children feel at home. Transparency and clear communication with parents are very important to us.
