De Kinderkade

BSO De Kinderkade is a warm and secure after-school care facility for children aged 4 to 12, located at Noorderhavenkade 10 in Rotterdam-Blijdorp. We are part of KindeRdam Kinderopvang B.V., a trusted childcare provider in the region for over ten years. Our location is situated between Daltonschool de Margriet and Jenaplanschool De Blijberg, allowing our staff to walk children safely from school. Our programme focuses on fun, relaxation and development after the school day. We offer a varied range of activities with an emphasis on movement, creativity and nature. In our large, sunny garden children can play, ride scooters and bikes in a safe environment. During school holidays we run BSO Vakantieland, a six-week themed activity programme packed with exciting and challenging experiences. Our qualified pedagogical staff support children with homework, social skill development and discovering their talents. We work in small, mixed-age groups, ensuring personal attention for every child. Parental involvement is important to us: we have an active parents’ committee and welcome ideas and feedback. BSO De Kinderkade is open Monday to Friday from school dismissal until 18:30. During school holidays we are open from 07:00 to 18:00. We collect children from De Blijbergschool and make sure they have a great time filled with play, relaxation and new experiences.
