De Hummelvijver

Daycare center Hummelvijver is a spacious and well-designed childcare facility located at Buttervliet 6 in Numansdorp. We provide care for children aged 0 to 4 years with a total capacity of 78 places. Our location is part of Stichting De Hoeksche School Kinderopvang. We organize children into different age groups to provide tailored activities for each developmental stage. For our youngest children, we have two baby groups for children aged 0 to 1.5 years. Additionally, there are two toddler groups for children aged 1.5 to 3 years and two preschool groups for children aged 2 to 4 years. Children have the opportunity to use other spaces when they feel the need. Our groups are furnished with specially designed furniture for daycare centers, all focused on learning and discovery. We feature a safe and cozy baby garden specifically for our youngest children and a large, challenging garden for older children, where they can play and explore in the outdoors. KDV Hummelvijver is VVE certified, which means we implement Pre- and Early School Education. This program supports children's development and prepares them well for primary school. We work closely with schools in the area to ensure continuous developmental support. Our professional childcare staff are ready every day to provide your child with a warm and safe environment where they can develop optimally. We are open Monday through Friday and are known for our personal approach and commitment to each child.
