Welcome to Plateau kdv De Heksenketel, our daycare centre located at Tarwehullen 1 in Assen. We are part of Stichting Plateau Integrale Kindcentra, the primary education and childcare organisation within the municipality of Assen. We offer safe, familiar and development-oriented daycare for up to 40 children aged 0 to 4. Our facility has been officially registered in the National Childcare Register since 17 August 2015 under number 117954299. We meet all national quality standards, allowing parents to apply for childcare allowance. The centre is supervised by the GGD Drenthe. We provide early childhood education (VE), stimulating children’s language, numeracy and social skills from an early age. Our pedagogical staff work from the belief that every child is unique and develops at their own pace. Learning through play, discovery and collaboration are central to our daily activities. Thanks to our integrated approach, children at De Heksenketel can seamlessly transition from daycare to primary school. This creates a familiar environment where children feel safe and secure and can grow optimally.
