De Hasselbraam

Welcome to De Hasselbraam & ‘t Hummelhoes in Eext, where we care for children aged 0 to 4 in the heart of the village. Our location at ’t Witzand 4 is a warm, green place where your child feels safe and at home. We work in vertical groups, allowing children from infancy to learn to interact with both younger and older peers. This fosters their social development and gives older children the opportunity to practice caring behaviour. Everything we do revolves around trust and development. We use the recognised Piramide method, working thematically around familiar topics from your child’s world. Every activity, book and song ties into the current theme, so your child develops language, motor skills and social abilities through play. Our pedagogical staff know your child inside out and follow his or her development step by step. For the very youngest we provide nappies, wipes and bottle feeding tailored to individual needs. We take food allergies and other specific requirements into account. The bedrooms are calm and homely, so your child can rest whenever necessary. In addition, we have a safe, green outdoor space where children can play freely and discover nature. Each morning we offer an integrated playgroup programme for toddlers aged 2-4. This programme dovetails seamlessly with daycare, giving your toddler a consistent daily rhythm. We work with fixed sessions, but flexible hours are also possible, adjusted to your work schedule.
