PO De Hartendiefjes

Welcome to Peuteropvang De Hartendiefjes, a warm and cozy place in the heart of Valkenburg where toddlers aged 2 to 4 feel completely at home. We are part of the MIK & Spelenderwijs Kindontwikkeling foundation and provide care for up to 16 children per day. With us, everything revolves around playing, discovering and having fun! Our location at Schoolstraat 2 features a spacious, shared playground where children can run, climb, cycle and play in the sandbox. The sandbox is nicely sheltered under a large tree, providing pleasant shade on warm days. Outdoor movement and playing together are central to our daily activities. Besides our outdoor space, we regularly use the gym next to our toddler care facility. Here we dance to the best music, build exciting obstacle courses and play the craziest games. We believe movement is important and above all, great fun! Inside we do crafts, sing together and read the most beautiful stories. We work with horizontal groups, allowing toddlers of the same age to play and learn together. Our pedagogical staff create a safe and challenging environment every day where your child can develop optimally. We believe in the power of learning through play and make use of children's natural curiosity.
