Welcome to Kindcentrum De Haren, located in the heart of the green neighborhood De Haren, Donk and Reit in ’s-Hertogenbosch. We are proud to be part of Kanteel Kinderopvang and provide childcare for children aged 0 to 4 in vertical groups. Our childcare center is housed in a beautiful, contemporary building with challenging spaces where children can learn and play together. We are situated in the middle of the neighborhood and together with De Haren primary school we form one Integral Child Center (IKC). At our center, the development of each child in an open, safe environment is central. We carefully observe the abilities of children and respond accordingly. This way we try to help them move forward in their development every day. We do this in various ways. We encourage a baby to crawl, we help a toddler spread a sandwich and guide them during circle time within our toddler program. Our pedagogical staff form one team with one vision on child development. We follow the children with the development of your child as our central focus. To stimulate broad development, well-being and involvement are our starting points. All this happens in a playful way, because playing is learning. We also provide early childhood education (VVE) and work closely with education, so that every child can make a good start at primary school. We consider healthy nutrition very important. We give babies freshly prepared baby food, toddlers receive sugar-free drinks and water with fruit is the most normal thing in the world for us. Our group rooms are furnished as living rooms with a fixed and recognizable layout. We have our own outdoor playground and regularly use the play areas around the building. We attach great importance to personal contact with parents. Through our parent portal you can see daily how your child is doing and we regularly invite you for parent meetings.
