De Grote Beer

Welcome to Day-care Centre De Grote Beer, part of Kidscasa Childcare. We are located in a modern multi-purpose building at Grote Beerstraat 175 in the Paddepoel district of Groningen. Our site has three horizontal groups: a baby group (3–18 months), a toddler group (12 months–3 years) and a pre-school group (2–4 years). Age boundaries may shift slightly, as we focus on what each child is ready for. Days start and finish in our central play hall, decorated with large artificial trees and play houses. A big craft table allows our pedagogical staff to read, craft, puzzle or give an English lesson to small groups of children. Outside, a garden with sandpit, climbing frame and slide is used by the groups on a rotating basis. The other groups head out with push-cars to the nearby park or playground. Our professional and friendly team is ready every day to give your child a day full of attention and fun in a familiar environment.
