De Duizendpoot

Welcome to De Duizendpoot, our daycare centre located at Het Wielsem 1 in ’s-Hertogenbosch. We are part of Kindcentrum De Duizendpoot, where childcare, pre-school playgroup and primary education are united under one roof. Thanks to this close cooperation, children aged 0 to 4 can grow up in a familiar setting and make a smooth transition to primary school. Having fun while playing is our priority. Each day starts with a joint circle time, after which toddlers are free to discover all the things they can do and still want to learn. Our dedicated pedagogical staff guide every child step by step. We organise children into age groups so that activities and guidance match each child’s development perfectly. Language development runs like a thread through everything we do. We name what we are doing during daily routines and teach children new words in a playful way, gently preparing them for primary school. Outdoors, children can ride around on bikes and play safely in our garden. We offer both full-day and half-day care, tailored to whatever suits your family best. In short, at De Duizendpoot your child has every opportunity to play, grow and simply be themselves in a homely, secure environment.
