De Drieslag/Prins Willem Alexander School

Welcome to De Drieslag/Prins Willem Alexander School, located at Van Schothorststraat 22 in the centre of Barneveld. We are part of the Stichting Christelijke Kindcentra De Drieslag foundation and, within our Integral Child Centre (IKC), we provide both education and childcare. For the very youngest we offer toddler care (2-4 years) and pre-school education (VVE) in a warm, Christian environment. Our vision is built on three core values: credible, committed and sustainable. We see every child as unique, with individual talents received from God. We connect school, parents and church in a way that contributes to your child’s full development. The toddler groups are horizontal: children aged two to four are together in a safe, manageable setting. Learning through play is central; language and speech development receive extra attention within our VVE programme, so your child is well prepared for primary school. Our location is modern and child-friendly. We provide a rich play and learning environment in which your child can grow in confidence and curiosity. The pedagogical staff are professional and passionate about their work. We work closely with the primary school on the same site, ensuring a smooth transition from toddler care to school. Parents can choose half-day or full-day care, tailored to personal needs.
