De Draak

BSO De Draak is located in the community center De Terp at Dorpstraat 21 in Heumen. We provided after-school care for up to 29 children aged 4 to 12 years. Our location consisted of two spacious rooms where children could play, relax and discover new things after school. De Draak was part of KION, the childcare organization for Nijmegen and surrounding areas. Unfortunately, we have had to make the decision to close BSO De Draak. It is therefore no longer possible to register new children with us. We look back on more than 18 years during which we have had the pleasure and dedication of caring for children from Heumen and the surrounding areas. Throughout these years, we have created a wonderful place where children felt safe and at home. Our location was situated in a beautiful village with many opportunities for outdoor activities. We made use of the spaces in De Terp and were able to offer children a varied program. Cooperation with parents and schools in the area has always been central to our approach. We thank all parents and children for their trust in our care over the years.
