De Deimten

Welcome to Partou daycare De Deimten 3 in Groningen! We are located at De Deimten 3, right in the middle of the educational institutes on Zernike Campus. This green environment gives us plenty of space to play both indoors and outdoors. Our pedagogical approach is inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy: children are encouraged to express themselves ‘in 100 languages’ and their individuality is at the heart of everything we do. Our location features a lovely discovery garden where children can run, climb and explore every day. Barefoot in the sand or in boots splashing through puddles – we love to be outside. In the outdoor kitchen we bake sand pies, practise ball skills or create our own world in the greenery. In addition to the garden we have special ateliers: an art studio full of materials for painting, drawing and building, a library with books for every age, a workshop where we can hammer and experiment, and a light studio to play with colour and light. We work with a close-knit team of pedagogical professionals who notice and support every step in your child’s development. Through our own Partou app we keep you informed about your child’s experiences. Every day we serve fresh and healthy meals so your child receives the right nutrition to grow and play. At Partou De Deimten 3 we provide childcare for children from 0 to 4 years old. We warmly invite you to come for a tour and get to know our location and our approach.
