De Bron

Welcome to BSO De Bron, located on the grounds of primary school De Bron at Drielingschouw 1 in Reeuwijk. We provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 12 in a familiar and safe environment. After school, our pedagogical staff welcome the children in a dedicated room featuring a cosy doll corner, a creative construction area and a relaxed chill-out zone where children can simply be themselves. Every day centres on play, relaxation and challenge. We organise creative crafts, sporty games, dance and movement sessions, reading moments and fun board and card games. Throughout the year we work with changing themes; during school holidays we link these to exciting outings or extra activities. Children who wish to can quietly do their homework in a separate area, in consultation with parents. Outdoors, children can let off steam on the school playgrounds with climbing equipment, a sandpit and plenty of space to run and romp. We collaborate closely with the school: we align our themes with classroom topics and consult with teachers to ensure a smooth transition from school to after-school care. We also offer before-school care on Monday and Tuesday from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. Our pedagogical worker then accompanies the children to school and ensures a warm hand-over to the teacher. If there is enough interest, we are happy to extend this service to other days. In short, at BSO De Bron children find a second home where they can relax, make friends and discover new things.
