Kindcentrum de Breede Hei

Kindcentrum de Breede Hei is a trusted place for children aged 0 to 4 in the Kattenbroek district of Amersfoort. Our daycare centre is part of Kindcentrum de Breede Hei at Dopheide 40, where primary education, toddler care and after-school care come together under one pedagogical vision. We work closely with Ska Childcare to provide a continuous developmental line that matches the world of experience of young children. Our KDV groups accommodate up to 32 children, divided into horizontal age groups. The spacious, bright rooms adjoin a secure outdoor play area specially designed for the youngest children. Inside, we follow fixed daily routines in which rest, play and development alternate at a familiar pace. Our team of pedagogical staff follows Ska's Eigen Wijze Kids method, in which each child is given the space to grow in his or her own way. We offer flexible childcare days from Monday to Friday from 7.30 am to 6.30 pm. Parents choose how many days per week they use our childcare. In case of parental illness or holidays, we work together with the primary school and after-school care within the same building, so that children do not have to leave their familiar environment.
