At our place, every child feels right at home. Childcare De Bosvlindertjes offers small-scale, homely care for children from 12 weeks to 4 years old. We work with a vertical group structure where children of different ages play and learn together. Our location at Zandbos 161 in Hoofddorp accommodates a maximum of 16 children, allowing us to provide truly personal attention to each child. We believe it's important that children feel safe and secure. That's why we work with fixed pedagogical staff who build a close bond with your child. Every day there's time for personal handover when dropping off and picking up, so you know exactly how your child's day went. Through our group app you can reach us for questions, but also for fun photos and experiences. We write weekly in your child's digital notebook, so you can see at home what your child has done and learned. Healthy nutrition is very important to us. We follow the advice of the Nutrition Center and offer healthy products with limited amounts of salt, sugar and saturated fat. We celebrate parties in a healthy way and stick to fixed meal times. For babies we provide bottle feeding according to the fixed daily routine. For every new child there is a careful settling-in period. We start with two morning sessions from 09:00-12:00, where parents are present during the first visit for the intake interview. Your child's mentor guides the settling-in process and ensures your child calmly gets to know the new environment and other children. We pay a lot of attention to creating shared, cozy moments and encourage play with peers.
