Welcome to Opvang Kinderen De Bibelebonseberg B.V., our daycare centre located at Buitenweg 26d in Maarssen. Since 2002, we have been providing a warm second home for children from 8 weeks to 4 years old. With space for up to 58 children, we work in manageable horizontal groups where children of the same age play, discover and grow together. We believe that children develop best through play in a safe, stimulating environment. That is why we work daily from three fixed domains: Art, Nature and Movement. Each of our childcare staff has their own passion and expertise in at least one of these areas. This way, your child receives new, varied experiences every day that perfectly match his or her world of experience. Within the Art domain, we introduce children to various art forms. We sing together, make music, dance, act, draw and paint. Literature and poetry are also covered. These activities not only stimulate creative development, but also strengthen your child's language skills and self-confidence. Nature plays an important role in our daily practice. We regularly go on discovery tours in our own garden or the immediate surroundings. Children feel, smell and taste everything nature has to offer. We learn about plants, animals and the weather. These nature experiences contribute to healthy development and a sustainable lifestyle. We consider Movement essential for the development of both gross and fine motor skills. We offer varied movement activities daily, tailored to your child's age and development. From crawling and climbing for the very youngest to dancing and sporty games for toddlers. Our location has a spacious, safe garden where children can play to their heart's content. Inside we have separate sleeping areas where your child can rest peacefully. We work with fixed daily routines that provide structure and security, while at the same time taking into account the individual needs of each child. You can come to us for half or full days of care, from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM. We find personal contact with parents very important. We talk extensively with you every day about your child's experiences and adjust our care and activities to what your child needs.
