In the elegant Wittevrouwen district, on the leafy Wittevrouwensingel and just a stone’s throw from the popular Griftpark, you will find our intimate day-care centre De B’engeltjes. Since 2009 we have been offering a warm second home to a maximum of nine children per day, aged 0 to 4, in a beautiful listed building. We believe that small scale is the key to calm, overview and genuine attention. By deliberately opting for one vertical group, children of different ages can play together, learn from each other and still follow their own developmental pace. Our close-knit team of pedagogical staff is on hand every day with a familiar face, so that both child and parent feel at home straight away. Our doors are open Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 19:00, 52 weeks a year. The day-care is closed only on official public holidays. The hourly rate is € 12.38 and includes all care, activities and a home-cooked lunch. Parents who receive childcare allowance can have a large part of the costs reimbursed; a trial calculation can easily be made on the website of the Dutch Tax Authorities.
