De Banjerhoeve

De Banjerhoeve is Junis' after-school care facility located in primary school Het Mozaïek at Vroonhoevelaan 10 in Alphen aan den Rijn. We provide care for children aged 4 to 13 years. Our location features an adventurous playground and various indoor play areas. De Banjerhoeve consists of multiple groups divided across different age categories. Children aged 7 and older start in their own group and can then choose whether to stay there or join activities with the younger group. Many of our activities focus on art and culture. We offer creative workshops where children work with paint and other materials. Additionally, we provide technology activities that align with children's interests. We continuously try new things and let children explore different techniques and materials in a playful way. Our pedagogical staff pick up children on foot from primary schools within walking distance. For schools located further away, we use our own (bicycle) vans or collaborate with a taxi company. We have made agreements with all schools about pick-up points to ensure all children arrive safely. The facility is open Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 14:00 to 18:30. We offer a homely atmosphere where children feel at home and can relax after a school day. Our spacious location provides plenty of opportunities to play, discover and learn new things.
