Dalton Kindcentrum AvontuurRijk is located at Montfortlaan 20, situated amidst the green fields and forests between Oirschot and Best. We provide after-school care (BSO) for children aged 4 to 12 years in close collaboration with Korein. Our location is housed in a charming building with challenging outdoor spaces where children have all the room they need to explore and play. Our after-school care is based on the core values of Dalton education: freedom and responsibility, independence, collaboration, reflection, and effectiveness. Additionally, we embrace the values of fearlessness, pride, and commitment. Children are given the freedom to make their own choices within a clear structure. They learn to collaborate, solve problems independently, and take responsibility for themselves and others. After school hours, we offer a varied activity program. Children can participate in sports and games activities in our gymnasium and on the school playground. We have a vegetable garden where children learn about fruits and vegetables, and we regularly organize creative workshops and craft activities. Our library provides quiet moments for reading and relaxation. We make extensive use of our green surroundings for nature education and outdoor activities. The care takes place in the school building of Dalton Kindcentrum AvontuurRijk. After school, children are picked up by our pedagogical staff and can immediately start with activities or take some time to unwind from the school day. We work with fixed age groups, but children can also play together in our central areas. Our staff are specially trained in Dalton principles and guide children in their development. Communication with parents is conducted through the Social Schools app. We share photos of activities, important information, and parents can directly contact our staff. We believe good cooperation with parents is essential for every child's development.
