Dak Fabritius

Welcome to Dak Fabritius, our welcoming after-school care location in the heart of the Schilderswijk district in The Hague. We provide care for children aged 4 to 13 years in a warm and safe environment where every child feels at home. Our childcare center is located in a characteristic building at Fabritiusstraat 25, where we accommodate up to 40 children. As part of Stichting DAK kindercentra, we stand for social childcare with attention to the development of each child. We believe that children should be given space to play, discover and grow at their own pace. In our spaces, we have paid attention to creating a homely atmosphere where children can relax after a school day. The location is furnished with various corners where children can play, do crafts, read or simply unwind. We find it important that children feel safe and secure with us. Our after-school care is designed to provide children with an enjoyable time after school. We pick up children from various primary schools in the area and ensure they can spend time with us for relaxation, play and companionship. The focus is on free time where children can choose what they want to do, under the guidance of our professional pedagogical staff. Dak Fabritius has been registered in the National Childcare Register since January 1, 2010 under number 117767323. We work according to the quality requirements of the Childcare Act and are supervised by the GGD.
