Cranevelt

Welcome to Smallsteps Cranevelt, our daycare center in the green heart of Arnhem-Noord. In our characteristic detached building at Daam Fockemalaan 1, we provide care for children aged 0 to 4. We believe in the power of music and outdoor play. Every day, our pedagogical staff dedicate time to singing, dancing, and making music, allowing children to develop their language and motor skills in a playful way. Our spacious garden borders the beautiful Cranevelt park, where we regularly go on discovery trips. Nature is our second classroom: we teach children about seasons, plants, and animals by letting them feel, smell, and experience. Indoors, everything is set up for safe exploration, with corners for reading, building, and creative activities. We work with small groups where each child receives the attention they deserve. Our experienced staff closely follow each child's development and tailor activities to their interests. Healthy nutrition is important: we serve fresh meals and snacks daily, taking allergies into account. At Smallsteps Cranevelt, we believe it's important for children to feel safe and at home. We work with a fixed daily structure centered around rest and regularity, but also allow room for spontaneous activities. Parents appreciate the personal attention and good communication through our app, where we share daily photos and reports.
