Club Basker Sport - Het Hoge Land

Welcome to Club BLOS Sport – Het Hoge Land, the energetic after-school care in Berkel en Rodenrijs where fun and sport come together every afternoon. We are located right on the sports park at Het Hoge Land 25, next to the football pitches of CVV Berkel, so children aged 4 to 13 can dash straight onto the field after school. Our passionate staff – all sports specialists – challenge the kids with a varied programme. In six-week blocks they explore three different sports, from football and hockey to gymnastics and athletics. Our scientifically based Athletic Skills Model promotes all-round movement, helping children grow stronger, more confident and socially skilled. Children choose what they want to do each day: one day they score goals on the artificial turf, the next they work on speed in an obstacle course. We pick children up from nearby schools – on foot, by bike or with our BSO bus – and are open from 8:00 to 18:30. The spacious outdoor fields of the sports park are our natural playground; in bad weather we move to the changing rooms and canteen of CVV Berkel, which we set up flexibly for play, rest and creative corners. Healthy snacks and fruit are always available, but hot meals are not provided; children eat at home. Working closely with the surrounding clubs – CVV Berkel, TOGB and HBR – we organise clinics, tournaments and sports days that keep the programme exciting all year round. During holidays we turn into one big sports camp, offering adventurous clinics and camps all day long. Club BLOS Sport – Het Hoge Land is more than after-school care; it is the place where children take on a new sporting challenge every day, make friends and go home with a big smile.
