Kindcentrum School 59

Kindcentrum School 59 is a small-scale, homely after-school care (BSO) located on the edge of Nieuw-Buinen, on the same premises as our primary school at Zuiderdiep 159. We provide care for up to 20 children aged 4 to 13. Because we work in one spacious, central hall, children experience an organised and safe environment where they easily meet each other. Our team consists of experienced pedagogical staff who work closely with the school teachers. As a result, we know every child well and can seamlessly connect after school to what the children have experienced that day. We are part of the Stichting Christelijke Kindcentra Drenthe, an organisation that manages 31 child centres in the province. Within this foundation, however, Kindcentrum School 59 remains an independent location with its own character. Our childcare has been registered in the National Childcare Register since 17 August 2020 and is supervised by the GGD Drenthe. The centre is open on school days from the time school ends until 6:30 pm and during all school holidays from 8:00 am to 6:30 pm. Children can play freely with us, but we also offer quiet corners for homework guidance and creative activities. Due to the small scale, every child receives the attention they deserve and children grow up in a familiar community where they feel safe and valued.
