Welcome to Chubby Cheeks Kinderopvang, located at Van Woustraat 225 H in the heart of Amsterdam. We are a small-scale daycare center offering childcare for children aged 0 to 4 years in a warm and secure environment. Founded in 2020, we focus on personal attention and familiarity. Our team of dedicated and experienced staff knows every child and parent by name. We offer both horizontal and vertical groups, allowing babies and toddlers to grow and learn together in a home-like setting. Outdoor play is a daily routine. Our garden includes a sandbox, play structure, bikes, and a water play area. Children also help care for our vegetable garden and fruit trees, learning about nature and healthy food. We serve organic meals and snacks based on guidelines from the Dutch Nutrition Centre. Creativity is encouraged through drawing, painting, clay work, and music. We also offer daily dance and music activities to support emotional expression and motor development. We respect each child’s individuality and the parenting style of each family. Our goal is to provide a safe, nurturing space where children feel seen, heard, and valued.
