Welcome to Christelijke Kinderopvang Tik Tak, located at Ibisstraat 1 in Maassluis. We are a small-scale, Christian daycare centre offering a safe and loving environment where children aged 0 to 4 can play, discover and grow. Our homely premises accommodate up to 29 children, divided into two horizontal groups: the Puppies (0-2.5 years) and the Butterflies (2-4 years). Each group has its own cosy, well-designed space that invites both play and rest. Our Christian identity is woven into everything we do. We read picture books and Bible stories, sing Christian songs and pray together before meals. Our qualified staff work from the belief that every child is precious, unique and welcome. We provide not only practical care such as nappy changing, bottle feeding and nap times, but above all personal attention. Thanks to our small scale, we know every child and can respond to individual needs and development. Language development is given extra support through the VVE programme Startblokken. In a playful way children are introduced to language, vocabulary and communication. In addition, we offer a wide range of activities: arts and crafts, singing, story time, outdoor play in our secure garden and discovering nature. We follow fixed daily routines so that children know what to expect and feel safe. Parents can choose full days (7.30 am-6.00 pm) or half days (7.30 am-1.00 pm). During school holidays we remain open for regular daycare. We value close contact with parents. We chat briefly at drop-off and pick-up every day and regularly invite parents for parent meetings. Together we ensure that every child can develop optimally in a warm, safe and stimulating environment.
