Welcome to Christelijk kinderdagverblijf Trots, located at Boomgaard 21A in Boskoop. We are a small-scale daycare centre where your child experiences the warmth of a childminder combined with the professionalism of a nursery. Trots is founded on Christian values; we believe every child should know that Jesus loves them and that they are cherished. Children from all faiths are warmly welcomed. Our location consists of two groups: a baby group with a maximum of nine children and a toddler group with a maximum of seven children. Thanks to these small group sizes, our qualified staff know every child—and their parents—personally. There is ample room for individual attention and close communication with home. The group rooms are bright and cosy, decorated in soft, natural colours to create a homely living-room atmosphere. Different play corners invite children of all ages to explore and play. We work at the child’s level: our educators often sit on the floor to play, cuddle or read together. In this way we create a safe, familiar environment where children can be themselves and flourish. Each day we read aloud from picture books and the children’s Bible, sing Christian songs and say grace before meals. Christian faith is a lifestyle we live out in our interactions with one another and with the children. We are open from 07:30 to 18:00 and care for children from 0 to 4 years old.
