Ceder

Welcome to KDV Ceder, part of Stichting Kinderopvang West-Friesland, located at Ceder 1 in Hoorn. Our small-scale daycare provides care for up to 48 children aged 0 to 4 years. We are situated in a welcoming location with plenty of play facilities, where children quickly feel at home. We tailor our activities to the developmental needs of babies and toddlers. By grouping children of similar ages, we can focus on their specific developmental milestones. We offer early childhood education (VVE) using the Startblokken method, which stimulates toddlers' curiosity and learning abilities. Our qualified staff provide a safe, nurturing environment where every child receives the attention they deserve. We have separate sleeping areas and a secure garden where children can play and explore. During a free two-week settling-in period, we get to know your child and you become familiar with our approach. KDV Ceder is open 52 weeks a year, Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM. We work closely with other partners within the Interconfessional Child Center Ceder, allowing us to offer a continuous developmental path from baby to preschooler. You are warmly invited for a tour!
