Welcome to after-school care Alexandra, part of Kindcentrum Alexandra located in the heart of Gorinchem. We provide after-school care and holiday care for children aged 4 to 12 in a warm, homely atmosphere. Our location at Zusterstraat 11 has 48 places and is open five days a week after school hours. Every day we offer a varied programme of activities that children can choose to join. These include arts and crafts, sports and games in our own sports room, mini theatre performances or fun baking sessions. Creative children enjoy our Lego corner and woodwork corner, while sporty kids can burn off energy in Het Eiland, our sports and play area. We also organise special activities for children aged 8 and up. Children who need to relax after school can unwind in our chill corner. During school holidays we run holiday care from 8.15 am to 6.00 pm. We turn these days into real holidays with workshops, creative projects and regular outings. Our team of qualified childcare professionals ensures every child feels safe and at home. After-school care Alexandra works with primary schools in Gorinchem city centre. We collect children and bring them to our location where they are cared for until 6.00 pm. For schools with different timetables we can adjust our opening times when at least four children are enrolled.
