Villa Bekema

BSO Villa Bekema is located inside the A. Bekemaschool primary school at Meteoor 55 in Duivendrecht. We provide after-school care for up to 44 children aged 4 to 12. Our spacious facility includes a dedicated group room, an auditorium, a gym and a challenging outdoor area on both sides of the school building, where children can play, explore and have fun together after school. Every day we offer a varied programme that alternates creative, sports and culinary activities. Think of arts and crafts, cooking, sports and games and regular fun excursions. We tailor our programme to the interests of the children, so every child feels challenged and seen. We work according to the Pedagogical Heart of Kind & Co Ludens. This means that we are guided by four core values: children should feel comfortable and have fun, they are given space to grow and discover, we provide a rich and inspiring environment and we teach children to live together in our mini-society. Our pedagogical staff are also involved in lunchtime supervision (TSO), so children see us as familiar faces throughout the day. During school holidays we join forces with BSO Grote Beer, creating an even wider range of activities and allowing children from both schools to meet. In this way, childcare remains familiar, safe and challenging even during the holidays.
