Hangmat

BSO Hangmat is located in the Hoograven district of Utrecht, at Verlengde Hoogravenseweg 203. We provide after-school care specifically for children from grade 7 and up who attend the Brede School on Duurstedelaan, as well as pupils from the Ariënsschool and the Da Costaschool. Our facility is housed in the same building as the Hoograven sports hall, which means we have our own gym. In addition, we have a spacious auditorium and a cosy arts & crafts room where children can play, do sports and be creative to their heart’s content. Our qualified pedagogical staff are on hand every weekday to give the children a safe and stimulating time after school. We offer sports activities in our own gym, but also quiet corners for crafts, games or simply winding down. The rooms are bright, fresh and child-friendly, so every child quickly feels at home. Because we only care for children from grade 7 upwards, we work with horizontal groups: children are with peers and can play and learn together at their own level. We believe it is important that children feel free to make choices, so that they can recharge after an intensive school day. Whether they want to play football, draw, build with LEGO or just hang out with friends, at BSO Hangmat they can do it all. We are part of Kind & Co Ludens, a trusted childcare organisation, but our location has its own identity and atmosphere.
