Welcome to Buitenschoolse Opvang De Springplank, located at Keelkampstraat 66 in the heart of Nuth. We are part of Stichting Kinderopvang Nuth, a trusted organisation with more than forty years of experience in providing warm, safe childcare. Our after-school care is directly linked to Basisschool De Bolster, so children stay in one familiar environment after school and parents save extra travel time. Your child’s free time is our focus. After a busy school day, children aged 4 to 12 can simply be themselves. We offer a homely space with a rich variety of play and development materials. Every afternoon starts with some down-time: sharing a snack and the stories of the day. Afterwards your child chooses what to do. There is always room to read quietly, build or draw, but also to join the activities we provide. Our activities are varied and match the children’s world of experience. We work with themes such as children’s art, music and dance. We regularly hold ‘children’s meetings’ in which the children help decide the programme. This teaches them participation and gives them activities that truly match their interests. The team consists of caring, professional pedagogical staff who seize every opportunity to challenge and guide children. Opening hours are Monday to Friday from 7.30 a.m. until school starts and after school until 6.30 p.m. During holidays and study days we are open all day from 7.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. Would you like to meet us?
