BSO Struikrovers is part of Stichting Kindercentrum ’t Rovertje and is housed in the Scouting Lambertus building at Kapellerweg 15 in Reuver. Our green after-school care is all about “nature, outdoor & adventure”. Adventurous children who love romping and playing in nature are more than welcome here. We regularly set out on expeditions, equipped with our adventure kit full of search cards, binoculars and magnifying glasses. The immediate surroundings offer endless possibilities: the forest and the river Maas are within walking distance, so we can experience a new adventure every afternoon. Indoors, the living area is cosy and atmospherically furnished with sturdy scaffold-wood furniture and a sand table where we create imaginative constructions. Children from all schools in Reuver are welcome. After school we pick the children up with our own minibus or walk them from school on foot. To make the most of the valuable after-school time for play and adventure, we ask parents to collect their children after 17:00. During school holidays Struikrovers is one of the locations where our holiday programme takes place. Because we spend a lot of time outdoors, we ask parents to provide sturdy play clothes and boots so the children can romp around carefree and discover what nature has to offer.
