Zo in de Vossenburcht

Welcome to Zo in de Vossenburcht, our welcoming after-school care facility right in the centre of Nieuw-Vossemeer. We are located next to primary school De Vossenburcht in the community centre at Plein 1 February 1953 4. This location is specially designed for children from 7 years of age and has room for a maximum of 12 children, allowing us to give every child personal attention. Our BSO runs three afternoons a week. After school we always start with a shared fruit break and a glass of lemonade. The children then decide for themselves what they would like to do. We work with peers, so the activities fit perfectly with the world of 7- to 12-year-olds. The children are encouraged to think along and decide on the programme, learning to make choices and take ownership of their free time. We use the spacious hall in De Vossenburcht and the immediate outdoor area. Close to school and close to nature: this allows us to quickly head into the village for a scavenger hunt or venture into the green for adventurous outdoor activities. Our pedagogical staff guide challenging workshops and ensure a safe, homely atmosphere where fun and personal growth are central. In short: at Zo in de Vossenburcht children unwind, make friends and spend an unforgettable afternoon together with peers.
