Club Basker International - The Pines

Welcome to The Pines, our after-school care location nestled in the leafy Benoordenhout area. We are based in the charming clubhouse of Tennis Park WW at Van Hogenhoucklaan 35, where children aged 4 to 12 can unwind, play and explore after a busy school day. Following an extensive renovation in summer 2019, the site offers a warm, rustic atmosphere with age-appropriate furnishings and a dedicated playground within the tennis grounds. We are the regular after-school partner for pupils in both the international and Dutch streams of the Haagsche Schoolvereeniging (HSV). At the end of the school day our own minibuses collect children from the VNS, VHS, NSL, KSS and Willemspark sites and bring them to The Pines in 5–10 minutes. A freshly prepared, organic warm snack is waiting to recharge their batteries before the activity programme begins. Our programme is structured yet flexible. Children can complete homework with guidance, start creative craft projects or join sporty challenges on the tennis courts and spacious outdoor area. The location borders the Haagse Bos, so we regularly head out on nature discovery trips. During HSV school holidays we run Zein Holiday Day Camps Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:30, open to children from all international and Dutch schools. Parents can park for free in the street next to the tennis park.
