Welcome to Woest Zuid Rivierenbuurt, the club for children aged 4 to 12 located at Winterdijkstraat 10 in the heart of Amsterdam’s Rivierenbuurt district. At Woest, everything revolves around the joy of movement and play from the child’s own perspective. We are housed in a spacious, bright building with a large green outdoor area where children can fully express themselves. Our after-school care (BSO) accommodates up to 39 children and has been registered in the National Childcare Register under number 175982855 since 16 April 2024. We work with self-managing teams of enthusiastic coaches who see every child and challenge them to discover their talents. Our approach is sporty and adventurous: we design our own creative programmes, build our own summer camps and invent workshops that truly match what children enjoy. Each day at Woest Rivierenbuurt offers room for free play as well as structured activities. Think football, rope climbing, hut building, creative craft projects and games that encourage teamwork. We are proud of our outdoor space because we believe outdoor play is essential: it promotes social interaction, motor skills, creativity and cognitive growth. During school holidays we provide a full-day programme so children can experience a new adventure every day. For parents we offer reliability and flexibility.
