Kids Lodge Outdoor Hoef en Haag Bongerd 4

Kids Lodge BSO Wijs! Hoef en Haag is located at Bongerd 4 in Hagestein and is part of the national childcare organisation Kids Lodge. Since the acquisition of BSO Wijs! in March 2024 we have joined forces to offer even more children in the Utrecht region an adventurous after-school programme. Our site has two base groups and can accommodate up to 50 children aged 4 to 12. We believe outdoor play is possible all year round. Children climb, run, build and explore in a safe, natural environment. By regularly changing locations – from woodland playgrounds to sports fields – they discover new places and learn to adapt to different situations. In bad weather we shelter in a climbing hall, gym or petting farm so the fun never stops. Our pedagogical staff collect children after school and give them an afternoon full of movement, joy and healthy energy. We encourage self-reliance, creativity and social skills through free play and guided activities such as building huts, nature walks, sports and games, and campfires. Everything revolves around the child: we provide space and responsibility so every child can challenge and develop themselves at their own pace. Parents can rely on us for worry-free after-school care. We have clear agreements on food and allergies, follow a safe and transparent pedagogical policy and communicate openly about the day’s adventures.
