BSO Westerbreedte

BSO Westerbreedte is part of Kindcentrum Westerbreedte, a medium-sized integrated child centre located in the Kruiskamp district of ’s-Hertogenbosch. We provide after-school care for children aged 4 to 13. Our two BSO groups, Noorderlicht and Zonnestraal, are housed in the same building as the primary school, ensuring a smooth transition from classroom to after-school activities. We work closely with the school and tailor our programme to the interests of the children. Every day is different: one day we organise a sports activity or creative workshop, the next we go on an excursion or make use of our spacious outdoor area. Children are encouraged to help decide the programme, giving them a sense of ownership over their time with us. Our qualified pedagogical staff guide the children with care, offering calm and structure after a busy school day. We use the SocialSchools app to keep parents informed about their child’s activities and development. During school holidays we remain open and offer a varied holiday programme, ensuring children continue to have a safe and enjoyable place to be. BSO Westerbreedte is a place where children can relax, play and discover. We are rooted in the community and believe it is important that every child feels welcome and seen. We regard parents as partners in upbringing and are happy to share our approach with them.
