BSO Wâlterswâld De Boarterswrâld

BSO Wâlterswâld De Boarterswrâld is located at Foarwei 31a in the village of Wâlterswâld, municipality of Dantumadiel. The out-of-school care facility is part of the Kids First COP group, a childcare organisation with more than 140 locations across the north of the Netherlands. The BSO offers places for up to 22 children aged 4 to 12. Since 29 August 2018 the centre has been registered in the National Childcare Register under number 149607477. Children are welcome after school hours in a safe and stimulating environment. Our work is guided by a clear pedagogical policy set out in our pedagogical work plan. This document explains how we put every child’s development first and how we cooperate with parents and schools to ensure a continuous learning and development path. Our site is within walking distance of primary school CBS De Twine, with which we work closely. We collect the children after school and provide a varied programme of activities focused on play, discovery and relaxation. The rooms are designed around the world of primary school children, offering plenty of space for both quiet and active play.
