Villa Kakelbont Peize is our after-school care location situated at Hoofdstraat 54A in the heart of Peize. As part of Villa Kakelbont Kinderzorg B.V., we have been providing professional after-school care for children aged 4 to 12 years since 2010. We operate from a Scandinavian vision with a touch of Reggio Emilia, where homeliness, small-scale care, and family are central. Our location accommodates up to 28 children and is officially registered in the National Childcare Register under number 962687376. At Villa Kakelbont Peize, we believe in the power of being outdoors. We go outside with the children every day - whether the sun is shining, it's windy, raining, or snowing. Children often find it especially fun to go outside in different weather conditions. These daily outdoor activities contribute to healthy motor development and balanced upbringing. Our pedagogical approach focuses on stimulating a healthy lifestyle. We set a good example when it comes to healthy nutrition and sufficient exercise. Movement is not only good for physical development but also for language development. Children learn concepts like under, above, over, behind, left, and right by experiencing these through play and movement. We work closely with parents and see ourselves as an extension of the family. Our professional childcare staff provide a safe and familiar environment where children can develop at their own pace. We offer care before and after school, during study days, and school holidays.
