Villa Fantasia

At Buitenschoolse opvang (after-school care) Villa Fantasia in Capelle aan den IJssel, we provide care for up to 20 children aged 4 to 8 years. We are part of gro-up, a powerful network of maternity care, childcare, community work and youth support that assists children, families and neighborhoods from six months before birth to full independence. Our location is situated at Lijstersingel 22a in the Middelwatering district. We operate on a small-scale basis with children organized in horizontal age groups. This means children of similar ages are grouped together, which enhances development and social interaction. As pedagogical staff, we are ready to provide children with the attention and care they need after a school day. We offer a safe and familiar environment where children can relax, play and discover new things. Our approach focuses on stimulating each child's development at their own pace. We take time for personal attention and ensure that every child feels seen and heard. We achieve this by employing dedicated and well-trained pedagogical staff who truly connect with the children and place their world of experience at the center.
