Villa Bambi

Welcome to BSO Villa Bambi, part of KION childcare, located in the heart of Mook at Koningin Julianastraat 5a. Our after-school care is housed in the same building as primary school De Maaskei, together forming a Broad School. This unique collaboration ensures children step into a familiar environment after school where they feel safe and at home. At BSO Villa Bambi we provide care for children aged 4 to 13. We welcome pupils from De Maaskei and other nearby primary schools. Our spaces are small-scale and homely, allowing us to offer personal attention. Children have every opportunity to discover and develop their talents. We believe it is important that children make their own choices and do what suits them. Our activities are varied and tailored to the children's interests. We regularly go outside: romping in the nearby forest, exploring nature or playing in our cosy playground. During school holidays we offer a special activity programme where children of all ages play and work together. We organise themed days, creative workshops and sporty outings. There is also room for rest and relaxation, for example with a book in our reading corner. BSO Villa Bambi's pedagogical staff are involved and professional. They guide the children with respect for their individuality and encourage social skills. We work closely with parents and primary school De Maaskei to ensure a smooth transition from school to after-school care. Our opening hours are Monday to Thursday from 7.30-8.30 am and 2.00-6.00 pm, Wednesday from 2.00-6.00 pm and Friday from 2.00-6.00 pm. During school holidays we are open from 7.30 am to 6.00 pm.
