BSO Van Brakelstraat

Welcome to BSO Van Brakelstraat, located in the heart of Rotterdam’s Cool district. We provide after-school care for 45 children aged 4 to 12. Our centre is situated at Van Brakelstraat 104, within walking distance of Het Landje primary school and the Rotterdamse Schoolvereniging (RSV). For both schools we operate a BSO taxi service, ensuring children are brought safely from school to our care. At BSO Van Brakelstraat, movement is key. Our sports field offers space to play football, run and engage in supervised games. During six holiday weeks each year we run BSO Holiday Land: a varied programme of themed activities, excursions and creative projects. On regular school days we serve a freshly prepared hot meal, cooked by our own chef in the kitchen of the adjacent day-care centre. Menus are designed with a nutritionist and accommodate allergies and special dietary needs. Our pedagogical staff support children with homework, social skill development and discovering new interests. The familiar environment of the Cool district, close to museums and the creative heart of the city, provides an inspiring backdrop for our activities. After school, children can let off steam, relax or share adventures with friends.
