KC Leyenburg

Our after-school care facility KC Leyenburg is located at Edamstraat 10 in The Hague, right next to Leyenburg primary school. We provide care for 87 children aged 4 to 12. After school, children can play safely and challengingly on a spacious schoolyard equipped with various play facilities. Additionally, we have access to a large gymnasium for use during bad weather or for sports activities. The location is part of Kindcentrum Leyenburg, a collaboration between childcare and education under one roof. This creates a continuous line in the development of children from 0 to 12 years. The BSO works intensively with the primary school, contributing to a familiar and recognizable environment for the children. Our pedagogical staff provide warm and professional care where there is room for relaxation, play, and development. We believe it is important that children feel at home and have the space to discover and develop their own interests. The collaboration with the school ensures a smooth transition between school time and care, and gives parents the assurance of one familiar address for both education and childcare.
